Telemundo auditions for kids – Las audiciones
Open auditions and casting calls for La Voz Kids (The Voice Kids), a Spanish language kids singing reality show on Telemundo, have begun! Are you the next Spanish language singing sensation?
Telemundo and the La Voz kids singing competition are back. The first season just finished up on Telemundo and casting calls for season 2 which will be out in 2014 are under way.
La Voz Kids is open to bilingual kids who can speak conversational Spanish.
Are you latino, ages 7 to 15 with a voice like an angel? The hit kids singing TV competition may be looking for you – Here is yout chance to try out for the show.

La Voz Kids or La Voz: Ninos airs on Telemundo and is a Spanish language spin-off of the hugely popular ‘The Voice’. Since the show is based on the Voice, it uses the same principles and format which are: blind auditions, then the battle rounds, and finally, the live performance shows.
La Voz Kids is a singing competition series spun off from NBC’s The Voice, and features children competing for its singing title. Season 1 of La Voz Kids, which was won by Paola Guanche (See video of Paola singing) was a great hit for Telemundo.
La Vov Kids is searching nationwide, Puerto Rico included for the most talented kids who will be able to wow the audience and the coaches when they sing their hearts out.
The new Telemundo singing show is offering up some great prizes for the child who dazzles the world with their voice. The top prize includes a contract with Universal Music Group as well as a scholarship for school.

The Telemundo tryouts for La Voz Kids will go on all month long in various cities which include Puerto Rico. They are looking for talented kids, tweens and teens who have the vocal ability to compete.

Información General: La Voz Kids es un programa de televisión competitivo con participantes que tienen entre 7 y 15 años de edad. Sin embargo, los participantes no pueden registrarse ellos mismos porque son menores de edad. Sólo los padres o tutores legales del concursante pueden entrar al sitio de inscripción, y sólo éstos adultos pueden completar y someter los formularios necesarios.
Los padres o tutores legales del concursante deben completar la inscripción para recibir una cita de audición.
Las citas para las audiciones son limitadas. Si registra a su participante pronto, tiene una mejor posibilidad de asegurar una cita. Sin embargo, completar el proceso de inscripción no garantiza una cita para su hijo.
Ciudades donde se realizarán las audiciones: (Sólo los padres o tutores legales que registren a sus hijos antes de que se llenen los cupos de audición serán contactados con los detalles del horario y lugar de la audición.)

What you will need to prepare:
You will need to sing 2 songs at the auditions. One of the songs will have to be sung in Spanish. It is a good idea to prepare one English song and 1 Spanish song.
The chosen songs can be from any of the following genre
- latin pop
- pop in English
- latin rock
- Salsa
- Merengue
- bachata
- urbano
- regional mexicano
- banda
- balada
The songs need to be popular radio hits. You will not be allowed to perform your own songs or any music that you wrote.
