Nickelodeon has some new shows for the 2014 season and one of those is the new comedy “The Thundermans”.
Nick’s new show “The Thundermans“ is filming now and you have a chance to be 
cast for the audience. The show films live and the network gives out free tickets for those that want to see the show in person as it is being filmed!
The Thundermans is a new comedy from Nickelodeon… Meet the Thundermans – The show is about a typical suburban family who aren’t so typical after all because they happen to have some superpowers. The show includes 14-year-old twins with one of the twins being a superhero and the other a supervillain.
Yes, it’s the old good twin / bad twin story, in a Nick kinda way. The superhero twins are Phoebe (Kira Kosarin) and Max Thunderman (Jack Griffo). Phoebe is bubbly good girl who is the superhero, or at least aspires to be while, her brother Max, may not be so nice. The twins have opposite personalities, but they also share the same bathroom, go to the same school and all the while, they must keep their true identities and super powers a secret from the rest of the world. The twins need to deal with each other as well as the rest of their superhero family which includes a fast moving older brother and a little sister with laser beam eyes. Can this family live a “normal” life…. We’ll have to wait and see.
The show stars Chris Tallman, Rosa Blasi, Jack Griffo, Kira Kosarin, Addison Riecke, and Diego Velazquez. Fans of the show can follow it on Instagram to follow behind the scenes. At the moment it airs on Nicks channel in the U.S. but the network has plans to air the show in other countries coming up in 2014.

The Thundermans is a brand new Nick show that just started. The first season began in mid October and new episodes are still filming to air in 2014. The Thundermans is a live-action comedy created by Jed Spingarn. Nickelodeon will be filming and airing at least 20 episodes of the show, most of which will air in 2014. We will have to wait and see if the Nickelodeon network orders a season 2 of the show. If they do, there will be casting calls going out for extras, featured extras and guest stars.
