Are you looking for extra auditions?

well you may not have to look too far because 100’s of movies are filming this year all over the United States.

Being an extra can be a lot of fun and it will also give you bragging rights about being in a movie! Most large productions will also pay their extras. Extras don’t normally make a lot of money but in this economy anything helps.

The Hobbit 2012 / 2013

If you are looking to work as an extra, 2012 is a great year to find work as an extra and get into a movie. There are so many big movies being shot now. Below is a list of all the movies that will most likely need extras. All these films will be shot in 2012 for a 2013 theatrical release.

The good news is that you don’t need to live in Hollywood to get into the movie. These films will be shot all over the U.S. and people living in many states will have a chance to participate in a film as an extra or a stand in.

So if you want to work in any of the below films keep yours eyes open for when production begins and we will keep you updated on anything new.

There are dozens of movies shooting at any time and some of them like “Grown Ups 2” which is now filming on the East Coast needs thousands of extras.

So have a look at the list of movies that are filming now or will be filming shortly in 2013 and 2013. Maybe one of these movies will be filming in your area giving you a great opportunity to become a movie extra.

 

And remember, there should never be a fee to become an extra in a movie or TV show.  Being an extra is work and when people work, they get paid.

    I would love to work as an extra. Being in Iron Man 3 would be awesome. I love the first 2 Iron Man movies and I just saw the avengers. I really want to say that I was a part of the project, no matter how small the role is. Extra, background, whatever, I just want to be in the movie and I hope I have the chance to do it.
