Do you want to model for the Baby Phat line in 2012? well, you may be able to because the clothing line is currently hiring models for 2012.
Baby Phat is hiring junior models as well as plus sized models size 14 and above.
Baby Phat and e-fashion is holding a casting call for fit models with the following requirements:
All models must be 16 to 27 years old
Junior models
Height: 5’7 -5’10
Dress size Juniors: 1-2
Plus size models
Height: 5’7 -5’10
Dress size Plus: 14+
Inseam: 32 inches
modeling experience is not required!

Currently they are only seeking models that live in the New York / Tri-State area.
Baby Phat was started as a shoot off the Phat Farm label that was started by Russel Simmons and Kimora Lee Simmons. Kimora Lee Simmons later split from the company.
Currently Baby Phat features clothing for juniors, w0men, kids and plus sizes. Other than clothing, the line also features many accessories and jewelry.
The company was started in 1998 by Russel and Kimora Simmors and now includes all of the following:
- Clothing
- footwear
- cell phones
- handbags
- jewelry
- jeans
- purses
- hair accessories
The Baby Phat clothing line is sold in many stores as well as online at both the Baby Phat website and many other vendors that carry the line.
The Baby Phat Model Casting Call
We are currently seeking beautiful women, between the ages of 16-27, in the NYC/NJ metro area for babyphat.com style guide and/ or website. Beautiful faces, nice curves, and positive attitudes are strongly encouraged to apply! No experience required.
You must have a clean pleasant look, fit the measurements above, and be able to be on your feet for several hours. Photo shoots are conducted in New Jersey on weekdays. Please do not apply if you are not available during the week.
To apply to be a Baby Phat model please follow this link and fill out their online form. If picked to be a Baby Phat model, the company will contact you after you have submitted your information.
Currently they are only casting models that fit the above requirements, please do not submit if you do not fit those requirements or do not live in the NY/NJ Tri-State area.
