This week ANTM has announced a new casting call schedule for Cycle 21.

ANTM (America’s Next Top Model) has had so many successful seasons and so many gorgeous models have won.
The Tyra Banks show holds tryouts for models annualy and the show and its casting directors travel cross country in the biggest model search on TV. The ANTM casting crew not only goes to the usual large cities that most reality shows go to such as Los Angeles and New York, but they also hit many mid sized cities and small towns making it easier for models to be discovered that live outside the larger metropolitan areas.
The Tyra Banks modeling competition runs on the CW Network and sees 1000’s of aspiring models every year. Recently, the model searches have been expanded to include petite models (models under 5’8″) and plus size models. A few seasons back a plus sized model won the show (Whitney) and cycle 17 was accepting shorter girls.
The requirements for cycle 19 and cycle 20 have not been announced yet but I am sure the show has something great planned and we will have to wait and see what the new season of Top Model brings.
The Judges for cycle 19 and cycle 20 of America’s Next Top Model have not been announced but here is a look back at previous cycles and the celebrity judges that were cast on the show.

America’s Next Top Model first premiered in 2003 and has been going strong since. ANTM is the longest running modeling competition on TV and the shows popularity have made it a household name in households with teenage girls.
Cycle 19 tryouts will be announced shortly and we will post the full casting call schedule as soon as it becomes available.
The current season running on TV right now is a change of format for show. Season 17 is a Top Model All Star show and this is the first time that ANTM brought back past contestants rather than cast new models.
We hope the show keeps going strong and not only brings us cycle 19, but also cycle 20 and 21!

Im really looking forward to cycle 19. For years ive been trying to keep up with the auditions but have always missed them by a few months but i am determined to get on antm cycle 19. Honestly? I am more excited about the experience that is to be gained from simply auditioning to be on ANTM. I’ve been to auditions to attend schools that train and prepare people to be in the industry. Even if I pass the audition, there’s still a lot of money involved. That being said, I’d rather audition simply for the experience. I am 131 pounds at 5’7″. If I just so happen to pass the audition, then I’ll have to get serious about the competition. Besides, getting worked up and stressed out before hand leads to wrinkles. LOL!!!!

I’ve been watching ANTM ever since it aired and I’ve been interested in trying out. But, I’m upset that only girls’ who are 5ft 7in are aloud to try out. I’m only 5ft 3in and 102lbs with the “perfect” face. Please let us “shorter” girls’ try out 🙂 also, please email me when CYCLE 19 and CYCLE 20 auditions are out by the way, I’m 19 years of age.

Amen! They all say they have to potential to make it, but I’ll bet you at least half of these girls would break down during the competition… Some here are like, “I know how to do the walk and take pictures and everything!” -_-
Another thing that bothers me, is some here think it’s wasy;It’s not just about walking and taking good pictures, it’s HARDWORK. Oh, and apparently some here are so passionate about it, they’ve forgotten how to spell, how to properly use the word ‘apart’, and that Tyra most likely does not come onto this site to read comments on how much she’s loved or how badly someone wants this. -_-

I’m 5’7, half black/white, light brownish/greenish eyes, 21yrs of age! I am an inspiring model and want this so bad ive been told by a very popular photographer in my town that i have what it takes to be a model, she told me that i work wonderful w the camera and that i need little to no direction on how to pose, also she and tons of other people have told me i need to model and that it is my calling! I feel the same as every one else im confident and love love to take pictures and to be in pictures.. i live in a town right outside of madison wi! Unlike the rest of these responses, I’m passionate about my future and I know that in order to get where I want to be successfully, I have to put in a lot of work. I know and realize through years of experience in watching ANMT, beginning in 2003, that it’s tough work to get in this industry and progression to stay in this industry. Unlike most, I live, breathe, and dream this career and life style day in and day out. I may be new to such severity in modeling but I’ve done my homework. I’m into fashions, designers, photographers, artists and magazines; basically gaining the knowledge that I need to know in order to fully appreciate the people and companies that have allowed my dreams of modeling to prosper. If I could be given the opportunity to be a contestant or even America’s Next Top Model, I would make each day a learning experience and continue to practice and let each instruction and critique Strengthen me to make me better than the day before. So you ask, why I should be ANTM and/or what it means to me.. I’ll inform you that modeling is me, its what I was born to do and who I ordain to be.

Top Model is my all time favorite model show. I really love everyone who is on the show and all the judges. I can’t wait to see who Tyra brings in for the new season. I know season 18 has already been cast and I am waiting for it to come on TV. I am looking forward to trying out for Top Model cycle 19 and I hope that they come to my town.

Although I am only 17, I will be 18 in may, may 16th in 2012 : ) I am looking into my requirements now only so I can be prepared in 2012 , cycle 19 I might just miss, but cycle 20 : ) I am going to audition for. If I don’t make it then cycle 21 22 23 etc. I will audition for until I make it. I am now 5’7 and 118 , I lost a whole lot of weight in the past year and grew 2 inches. I’ve always had a small waist. I can say I am lacking confidence, but that’s only my inner critique trying to put me down. Tyra, I have missed the passed cycles, I couldn’t find the channel but I have caught up, and written down my notes. I am close to being ready. No experience what so ever, but that gives the directors more room to mold me into the next top model. I will be a model, and if not I will always be in the fashion industry. I LOVE IT !!! I can’t WAIT to try out, we may get a few laugh and giggles, only because I have never done anything of this type, I’ve been in my shell. I have an idea though. I have LONG legs you will all love to work with, including myself, and have never really played with make-up all that much, but I am in beauty school and they always tell me I have the perfect eyes for make up , so that can be fun. I have EXTREMELY curly hair and its short at the moment, but very healthy. High cheek bones, and plenty of things to work with Tyra & directors. an Exotic look, my father is from Ghana, and my mother is Italian. I use my mix to my advantage. Ideal model. but a little twist. I can’t wait to work with you , I know I will in the future. LOVE you all , already.

Tyra, I love you and I love the show. I think ANTM is the best modeling show ever made and I love everyone on the show and really want to meet them in person. There’s not a day that don’t go by that I don’t watch ANTM an think to myself ” why am I not apart of this show.” I have tried out three times to be on ANTM. I am gorgeous young lady. I’m 5″7 and I have super long legs. I eat sleep and breath model. Im that little girl that played in her mommy’s heels ripping the hallways at home. What im trying to say is all I need is a chance, not saying if I fail I’m going to stop there. It’s only going to push me to work harder.

I woke up at 3am after dreaming I made ANTM and I couldn’t fall back asleep. It was a very random dream…I didn’t fall asleep watching ANTM or with it even on my mind. My mind was racing to find a way to accomplish that dream, so I decided to get up and see what I could find online (…so here I am).
I have watched every season and it has always been a secret dream in the back of my mind to be ANTM. I think this would be my last chance to audition as I have made my journey around the sun 27 times.
I believe my background in photography and understanding of light would help give me an edge.

Hello. First off I love tyra she is amazing. I am not writting for myself I am writting for a friend who i think has the potential to be ANTM. She is 20 which is 7 years younger than myself and she is an amazing girl..Mature ,Fun, sweet, great personality. She has the height and shape of a model and she has that look i think tyra would go for. She was having a hard time a while back, and i had brought this up to her at one point. I told her i would help her go for a audition and i never had the chance. I know its something she would love to have the chance to do. Its something I would love to do as well but since I am a shy person and dont think i would have it in me to do all that stuff I think it would be great to have her have the chance to do it and not for all the money and fame which ya that would be nice also but to make an impact on younger girls like tyra does..That would be a huge accomplishment in itself..Thank you hope you consider her..:)

I really want the Top Model Cycle 19 casting directors to come to Maine. There are some perfect top models here, well, me and my friends. We all love the show and watch it always. Tyra, please come and do some auditions in Maine because we have beautiful girls here and we really want to get on the show.
My mom and I have been looking for a modeling agent for me but there just aren’t that many modeling jobs where I live. They say we need to come down to New York and right now my family just can’t do that because my dad works here and he can not leave his job for this. So Tyra, please give us a chance and come over to Maine very soon or at least when you cast cycle 19. We are so excited that there will be a new cycle.

Please, Please do a AMTM Petite model show for us shorter girls. Modeling is my Dream and I am told I am not tall enough for high fashion modeling because I am not very tall. I really think Top Model should allow shorter girls to compete also. Last cycle only girls over 5’7″ were allowed to tryout for the show.

Tyra, I’ve been wanting to become a model for so long and I always see darkskined girls like myself getting picked but not winning. Everyone tells me I could be a model but I never saw it till I saw other girls like me doing it. I’m tall and thin and take awesome pics…I’m ready to win it for the darker girls!!! I hope the next season of top model is for short girls. I hate that it is hard to pursue my dream of being on Top Model because I am not that tall (I am only 5’4″)I am 16 and my doctor says I most likely will not get any taller.
Tyra, please give us shorter girls a chance! The last ANTM tryouts were only for girls that are 5’7″ or taller so I could not even do it because that is not me.
I have perfect proportions and look very tall in pictures because my legs are long. I have a great smile and good skin, no pimples or anything. So please do a petite model cycle for cycle 19.
BTW, I think if you take plus size models, you should also take petite models. It is kinda unfair doing one and not the other. We should all have a chance.

I was not near any of the cities that they actually went too. I really wish I was because I think I can do much better in person. I really can’t wait for them to cast the next show and I really want to have a chance to meet Tyra and anyone else who makes the decisions on who gets on. I hope they do Plus size models this time because I am not a size 2 but I am also not fat. I wear a size 8 and everyone thinks I look great. I have the height. I am 5’10”. Maybe I can lose a few pounds before then if I start running or doing some aerobics. Anyway, I am excited for the next cycle and I hope that they come to my town in the midwest in person. I will be the next Top Model if given the chance and I hope that somebody does notice me. I also have a great face with very model like features as in high cheek bones and very arched eyebrows. I have been working on my walk and have neen practicing my poses in a mirror. Cycle 19 I am ready to rock it and will show everyone that I can.

I missed the auditions for cycle 18. I did not hear about them until they are over because the show was still on cycle 16 and I was looking for 17 but they did an all star show which kinda blows.
I really hope that they take shorter girls on the next season of ANTM because I am almost 5’7″. So I hope that I can do it this time.
Cycle 19 top model tryouts should be announced soon. They seem to do 1 or 2 yearly and the cycle 18 castings were held during the summer. Hopefully 19 is soon!
Tyra! I Love You so much! You inspire me to do what I want and what I want to do is model or act. I have watched every cycle of Top Model for many years. I hope Top Model casting directors come to my town for the next cycle. I applied for cycle 18 but did not hear anything back so I hope I can for cycle 19 which should be soon .

I can’t wait! I sooooo want to be on Top Model and I have never tried out because they did not hold auditions near my house and I could not get a ride. I hope they come to my town for Cycle 19 because I know if Tyra sees me she will want me on the show. I am skinny and 5’9″ and I know how to walk and everything.

Hello. My name is Tierra Garcia. I am 17 years old and i am from Norristown Pennsylvania. I want to start off by stating that i wanted to be a model since i was in the 4th grade. I’ve been watching ANTM since the show aired and i love it. I love to see woman pursue their dreams and show the world that they are capable of doing so. And whats best about that is that i can relate and i know exactly how those woman feel. There is nothing i want more than being a model and actually showing the world, my family, and mostly myself that i am capable of that. To be able to be on ANTM would just be an honor, but to actually win and be able to say “I am America’s Next Top Model” would be the greatest thing that ever happened to me. I know that many woman come on the show and aren’t sure about being a model and act as if they don’t want it, but I want this opportunity more than anything. I would prove that to the world and show that i am not this boring girl with a dull personality that just decided on being a model. I am an outgoing young girl who wants nothing more than to make her dreams come true. I have a great personality and i have what it takes to be ANTM. I have great confidence and I am a strong competitor. I would never give anything less than 100% of my hard work and will always show my true dedication for being ANTM.
^^ To Tierra. You know how many times Tyra Banks has heard a person say this, probably thousands. I think every girl dreams to be america’s next top model, but you need EXPERIENCE to become a model. Knowing how to walk and “fitting the look” isn’t only going to get you to win. I’m 15 and I go to modeling school. I’ve been in about 50 fashion shows, and have been to hundreds of auditions. My portfolio is already finished with hundreds of pictures. I’m not trying to bribe, I’m just giving you an example. You need experience to be model. Most girls that go home during the show don’t have experience and aren’t as good as the other girls. You should try to do more things if you really love modeling. I’m not trying to say you’re not capable of making your dreams come true because anyone is! I’m just saying to involve yourself, start making a portfolio NOW. Take pictures, go to auditions, you never know who’s going to be there. Get known, and then you’ll be ready.
